The Art of Ignoring: Sore Losers & Sweet Victories

Hello, my loves.

With great success, inevitably, come a few interesting complications. My booking calendar was absolutely overflowing—a beautiful problem to have, of course, but one that means my focus has to be split in a thousand different directions. And in the midst of all this wonderful chaos, a few details slipped through, and I missed a couple of pre-arranged appointments.

I’ll be the first to admit, darling, organization isn’t always my strongest suit. I prefer to live in the flow of the moment.

What I didn’t quite anticipate, however, was the dramatic fallout.

Reflecting on the drama in Norwich

Instead of accepting a warm apology and an eager reschedule, a few select gentlemen decided to take their frustration to UKPunting, leaving rather sour “red reviews.” It is always fascinating to see how quickly admiration can turn into spite when a boundary is drawn or an expectation isn’t met.

The most amusing part of it all? A few particularly dedicated “sore losers” have made it their mission to follow me around the forum. Every time a new, glowing review of my services was posted, they show up in the thread to complain, trying desperately to dim my light.

It is almost flattering, really. One user in particular—Arkl3—has been carrying this bizarre grudge for long. Yet, whenever I’m in Norwich, my phone immediately lights up with his attempts to book me, filled with praise about how stunning I am. And when I simply ignore the noise? The frustration boils over all over again.

I could have blocked him, of course. But if I’m being completely honest, there is a certain satisfying playfulness in watching them react. Seducing with presence is one thing, but there is an entirely different kind of power in holding the gaze of someone who claims to dislike you, yet cannot seem to look away. Blocking them would only deny me the quiet satisfaction of their predictable reactions.

Luckily, NFS has always been ready to come to help when people like Arkl3 were complaining about my services.

But this was going to change soon.
